Do I need an account to make an order?

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive an email receipt confirming your order. Can I get a refund if I want to return my order?

No, we do not offer refunds for all purchase, please refer to our exchange and return policy regarding this matter.

When my package will be shipped?

Your package will be shipped in the same day if invoice has been paid and confirmed before 4 p.m. Shipping occurs every weekdays (except holiday) at evening then airway bill will be issued the day after.
